Responsibilities
Provide advanced medical oncology consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for small animal patients
Develop comprehensive treatment plans including chemotherapy protocols and supportive care
Collaborate with specialists in surgery, internal medicine, critical care, and emergency medicine
Communicate effectively with referring veterinarians regarding patient care and treatment plans
Mentor interns, residents, and early-career clinicians when appropriate
Maintain detailed medical records and uphold specialty-level medical standards
Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused hospital environment

Qualifications include:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
Board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Medical Oncologist (DACVIM – Oncology)
