About the Role
A growing specialty veterinary hospital in Arden Hills, Minnesota is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Veterinary Oncologist to join its expanding oncology service. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, multi-specialty environment while delivering advanced cancer care to companion animals.
Due to continued growth in caseload, the team is adding an additional oncologist to support high-quality medicine, strong case collaboration, and sustainable work-life balance.

Dedicated oncology technician support
Close collaboration with specialists in Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Critical Care, Dentistry, and Diagnostic Imaging

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive oncology consultations, diagnostics, and treatment plans
Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary specialty team
Communicate clearly and compassionately with referring veterinarians and pet owners
Maintain detailed and accurate medical records
Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and case collaboration
Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the oncology service
Candidate Profile
Board-Certified Veterinary Oncologist or residency-trained candidate
Eligible for state veterinary licensure
Strong clinical skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality specialty care

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: USD $175,000 – $300,000 (total compensation, inclusive of production)
Sign-On Bonus available
