Veterinary Surgeon – Independent Small Animal Practice – Lincolnshire
Location: Lincolnshire (between the coast and the Wolds)
Employment Type: Full-time (4-day week, 38 hours) – part-time considered
Weekends: Light OOH and 1 in 10 on-call rota (nurse-led overnight care)
Salary: £37,000+ for new graduates; up to £70,000 depending on experience

We are representing an independent small animal practice in Lincolnshire seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team. With state-of-the-art facilities including MRI, CT, ultrasound, endoscopy, orthopaedic and soft tissue theatres, and over 40 in-patient kennels, this is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure to complex caseloads while being fully supported by certificate holders and experienced clinicians.

Fully funded CPD tailored to your interests, including Certificates
5 CPD days provided in your first year in work time
Certificates fully funded, course attendance included in work time (10 days paid CPD leave)
Extensive clinical support from certificate holders in imaging, surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, and cardiology

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon (new grads or experienced vets welcome)
Conscientious and caring with excellent communication skills
