Veterinary Surgeon – Independent Small Animal Practice – Lincolnshire

Location: Lincolnshire (between the coast and the Wolds)
Employment Type: Full-time (4-day week, 38 hours) – part-time considered
Weekends: Light OOH and 1 in 10 on-call rota (nurse-led overnight care)
Salary: £37,000+ for new graduates; up to £70,000 depending on experience

About the Role

We are representing an independent small animal practice in Lincolnshire seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team. Whether you are a new graduate looking for exceptional support or an experienced vet wanting to develop further in your chosen field, this practice provides the ideal environment to progress your career.

With state-of-the-art facilities including MRI, CT, ultrasound, endoscopy, orthopaedic and soft tissue theatres, and over 40 in-patient kennels, this is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure to complex caseloads while being fully supported by certificate holders and experienced clinicians.

  • Extensive clinical support from certificate holders in imaging, surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, and cardiology

    About You

    • RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon (new grads or experienced vets welcome)

    • Conscientious and caring with excellent communication skills
