Experienced Veterinary Surgeon – Independent Practice (Progression to Clinical Director) – Surbiton
Location: Surbiton, Greater London
Hours: Full-time preferred (part-time considered)
Weekends: Shared Saturday morning rota (approx. 3 hours)
Salary: £65,000+ DOE
About the Role
We’re working with a well-established, independent small animal practice in Surbiton seeking an Experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated and talented clinical team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled vet who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and looking for genuine career progression — including the potential to step into a Clinical Director position.
You’ll be supported by a close-knit team of experienced vets and nurses who work collaboratively to provide exceptional patient care. The practice is fully equipped with modern diagnostic and surgical facilities, including an in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, ultrasound, orthopaedics, and cardiology services.
The Ideal Candidate
MRCVS-qualified Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical experience
Confident in both surgery and consultations
Collaborative team player with leadership potential
Keen to contribute to clinical decision-making and practice development
