Veterinary Surgeon – Independent Practice – Up to £70,000 | Stamford, Peterborough 

Location: Stamford, Lincolnshire (bordering Cambridgeshire, Rutland & Northamptonshire)
Salary: Up to £70,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full-time (flexible options considered)
Weekends: Rota-based Short Day Saturdays

Your Role

  • Clinical Freedom: Manage your cases with professional autonomy and senior support always available

  • 15-Minute Consults: Longer where needed for complex or sensitive cases

  • Protected Breaks: Guaranteed 1-hour lunch break every day

  • Flexible Working: Full-time preferred, but open to discussing part-time or alternative patterns

Your Working Schedule

  • Weekdays: 8:15am–6:00pm

  • Dedicated admin time for notes, case reviews & client calls

  • Saturdays (Rota):

  • 8:30am–11:00am

  • 2:30pm–4:30pm

  • Guaranteed Thursday Off before any Saturday shift
