Salary: £40,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full-time (around 40 hours per week) with part-time flexibility
Weekends: Some Saturdays on a rota basis

The Opportunity

A busy, well-established small animal practice in Lincolnshire is looking to recruit a Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly and experienced team. The role offers a varied caseload including dogs, cats, exotics, and small mammals, covering routine consultations, surgery, and preventative care.

This position would suit a Veterinary Surgeon looking for a stable role with good clinical support, a diverse caseload, and opportunities for ongoing development.

The Role

This is a first-opinion Veterinary Surgeon position with a good balance of consulting and surgery. You will be supported by an experienced nursing and support team and encouraged to develop your clinical interests across a broad range of species and case types.

Both full-time and part-time working patterns are considered, offering flexibility alongside a structured rota.
