Compensation & Benefits

Salary £45,000–£55,000, dependent on experience

Role Overview
The Veterinary Surgeon will provide first opinion small animal care to a loyal local client base, with a strong focus on continuity, quality medicine, and personalised client relationships within a supportive independent environment.

Candidate Requirements

RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon

3–4+ years’ experience in small animal practice

Strong communication and client care skills

Team-oriented, proactive approach

Full clean driving licence

Sense of humour and ability to work well within a small team
