Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventative care for small animals

  • Conduct wellness exams, diagnose, and treat sick patients

  • Perform soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries

  • Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

  • Mentor and support veterinary students and new graduates where applicable

  • Maintain accurate medical records and communicate treatment plans effectively with clients

Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university or equivalent

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Alabama

  • Committed to practicing the highest standard of veterinary medicine

  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Lifelong learner with a passion for advancing knowledge and skills
