Responsibilities
Provide advanced ophthalmic care, including diagnostics, surgical procedures, and therapeutic management
Collaborate with specialty teams for multidisciplinary patient care
Mentor and support technicians, interns, and other hospital staff
Participate in clinical studies and contribute to ongoing research initiatives
Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with clients and referring veterinarians
Promote a positive, team-oriented hospital culture
Candidate Profile
Board-certified or residency-trained in Veterinary Ophthalmology
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Alabama
Experienced in ophthalmic surgery, diagnostics, and treatment
