A Full-Time Associate Veterinarian opportunity is available in Baxter, MN, located in the heart of Minnesota’s scenic lake country. Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality small animal medical and surgical care
Perform wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Collaborate with a supportive veterinary and technical team
Build trusted relationships with a loyal client base
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent degree
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Minnesota
Interest in small animal medicine
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 USD
Monthly production bonuses with no negative accrual
Sign-on bonus available
Schedule Highlights
Full-time, weekday-only schedule
Clinic hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
No weekends, no OOH, no on-call
