Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive small animal medical, surgical, and dental care
Perform wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Utilize advanced diagnostics including imaging and in-house laboratory services
Collaborate with a highly trained veterinary and technical team
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent degree
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Minnesota
Interest in general practice, surgery, and dentistry
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desire for mentorship, growth, and career progression

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $125,000 – $175,000 USD (ProSal, no negative accrual)

Schedule Highlights

Typical shifts: 7:30am – 5:00pm
