Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality preventive and general medical care to small animal patients
Perform routine wellness exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
Build strong relationships with clients while providing clear communication and education
Collaborate with veterinary technicians, support staff, and leadership to maintain excellent patient care
Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture within the practice
Maintain accurate medical records and follow professional and regulatory standards

Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent veterinary degree
Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Delaware
2+ years of clinical experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
Passion for preventive medicine, collaborative care, and continuous learning
Interest in low-stress handling techniques and modern veterinary technology
Fear Free or HABRI certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification
