About the Role
As an Associate Veterinarian in Chicago, IL, you will:
- Provide high-quality small animal care including wellness exams, diagnostics, and surgery
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
- Develop treatment plans with a strong emphasis on preventative care
- Perform routine and soft-tissue surgeries (based on experience)
- Interpret laboratory results and diagnostic imaging
- Build strong relationships with clients through education and communication
- Collaborate closely with a skilled and supportive veterinary team
- Contribute to a progressive, independent practice culture focused on innovation and balance
Candidate Profile
- DVM or equivalent degree with eligibility for Illinois licensure
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and client-education abilities

- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Open to both new graduates and experienced veterinarians
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 + production bonus
