Responsibilities
Examine and treat companion animals to identify disease or injury
Perform surgery, prescribe medication, and provide preventive care
Operate diagnostic equipment and interpret results
Advise clients on treatment options and end-of-life care
Maintain accurate medical records
Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, state regulations, and clinic policies
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an AVMA-accredited institution
Licensed or eligible for Minnesota veterinary licensure
Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD registration
Strong communication skills and client-centered approach
Team-oriented, professional, and committed to continuous growth
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; assistance for heavier patients
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
