Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical exams and diagnose medical conditions in companion animals
Develop treatment plans and provide preventative healthcare services
Perform routine surgical procedures and dentistry as appropriate
Utilize diagnostic tools including digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory equipment
Communicate clearly with clients regarding treatment options and ongoing care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure efficient patient care
Uphold the highest standards of veterinary ethics and medical practice
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) from an accredited university
Eligible for veterinary licensure in Arkansas
Ability to obtain DEA registration and USDA accreditation
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Compassionate, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
Interest in practicing general medicine and surgery
