Clinical capabilities support advanced in-house care and include:
Digital and dental radiography
Ultrasound
Comprehensive in-house laboratory
Management of complex medical cases, with referral access when needed
The team works closely with experienced RVTs and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver personalized medical, surgical, and preventive care
Interpret diagnostics and develop tailored treatment plans
Manage complex cases in-house based on patient and client needs
Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff
Build strong client relationships through clear communication
Maintain high medical and ethical standards
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent, licensed or license-eligible in California
Proficient in general small animal medicine and surgery
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Motivated to practice high-quality medicine with case variety
Interest in balancing advanced clinical work with quality of life
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary with production-based bonuses. Salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000
