Responsibilities
Examine and treat companion animals, diagnosing and managing illnesses or injuries
Operate diagnostic equipment, collect and interpret samples
Advise pet owners on preventative care, nutrition, and treatment options
Perform surgery and prescribe medications as needed
Provide guidance on end-of-life care for pets
Maintain accurate medical records
Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, policies, and regulations
Candidate Profile
DVM with a valid license to practice in Minnesota
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
Enthusiastic about mentorship and professional growth
Passionate about providing high-quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000
PTO: Unlimited personal time
Work-Life Balance: Fixed 4-day work week, rotating half-day Saturdays, no on-call
