Responsibilities

  • Examine and treat companion animals, diagnosing and managing illnesses or injuries

  • Operate diagnostic equipment, collect and interpret samples

  • Advise pet owners on preventative care, nutrition, and treatment options

  • Perform surgery and prescribe medications as needed

  • Provide guidance on end-of-life care for pets

  • Maintain accurate medical records

  • Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics, policies, and regulations

Candidate Profile

  • DVM with a valid license to practice in Minnesota

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently

  • Enthusiastic about mentorship and professional growth

  • Passionate about providing high-quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)

  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000
