Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent, high-quality veterinary care to small animal patients

  • Perform physical examinations, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and anesthesia

  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulations

  • Deliver clear, compassionate client communication in person, by phone, and via email

  • Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and support staff

  • Uphold state and federal veterinary practice standards

  • Participate in mentorship, training, and team development initiatives

(New graduates will receive structured training and ongoing support.)

Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent

  • Eligible for or currently holding a Minnesota veterinary license

  • Interest in small animal general practice

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

  • New graduates encouraged to apply

  • USDA accreditation preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000 – $160,000 plus production
