Responsibilities
Provide consistent, high-quality veterinary care to small animal patients
Perform physical examinations, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and anesthesia
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with regulations
Deliver clear, compassionate client communication in person, by phone, and via email
Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and support staff
Uphold state and federal veterinary practice standards
Participate in mentorship, training, and team development initiatives
(New graduates will receive structured training and ongoing support.)
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
Eligible for or currently holding a Minnesota veterinary license
Interest in small animal general practice
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
New graduates encouraged to apply
USDA accreditation preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $100,000 – $160,000 plus production
Quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual
Full-time benefits starting at 30 hours per week
