Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive equine examinations and medical work-ups
Deliver high-quality diagnostic, medical, and surgical care
Manage cases across sports medicine, reproduction, and general equine health
Communicate clearly with clients, providing education and treatment plans
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records and prescribing protocols
Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and leadership teams
Support hospital operations, workflows, and clinical standards
Participate in case reviews, rounds, and ongoing training initiatives
Candidate Profile
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree
Eligible for or holding a Kansas veterinary license
1+ years of veterinary experience (equine experience preferred)
Strong interest in equine medicine and surgery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to high standards of patient care and continuous learning
