Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all medical operations and clinical standards
Establish and refine medical protocols and best practices
Mentor, coach, and develop veterinarians and clinical staff

Support complex case management and client communication
Promote a positive, engaged, and collaborative hospital culture
Serve as a medical leader within professional and regulatory settings
Candidate Profile
DVM or equivalent, licensed and in good standing in California
DEA license required
3–5+ years of clinical experience preferred
Prior leadership or mentorship experience strongly desired
Strong clinical foundation across general practice medicine
Strategic thinker with understanding of veterinary operations
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Calm, adaptable leadership style with a collaborative mindset
Commitment to high medical standards and patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $160,000–$225,000, based on experience
