Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

  • DVM or equivalent, licensed and in good standing in California

  • DEA license required

  • 3–5+ years of clinical experience preferred

  • Strategic thinker with understanding of veterinary operations

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

  • Calm, adaptable leadership style with a collaborative mindset
