The team supports clients using modern cloud accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage.
The Role
-
Prepare statutory accounts, management accounts, and financial reports for a portfolio of SME clients.

Produce corporation and personal tax computations and support filing.

Deliver bookkeeping services: reconcile ledgers, maintain control accounts, and process transactions.

Provide payroll support to clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Liaise with clients, understand their business challenges, and provide practical, commercially minded advice.

Implement and support cloud accounting software, helping clients adopt or improve usage of QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.

Work collaboratively with other team members, contributing to continuous process improvement.

Stay up to date with accounting standards and tax legislation to ensure best practice and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) or qualified by experience

Previous accountancy practice experience preferred

Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with cloud-based accounting software

Excellent numerical and analytical skills

Well organised, detail-focused, and able to manage a client portfolio effectively

Good communication skills, able to explain financial concepts clearly to clients

Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to support business growth and clients’ needs
