Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Senior, you will:
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting
Oversee and delegate tasks to junior team members
Support audit and tax assignments where needed
Collaborate with Managers to ensure high-quality client service
Provide guidance and training to junior accountants
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in practice accounting
Fully qualified ACA/ACCA, or equivalent experience-based qualification
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax, and audit processes
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work with clients across multiple sectors
