Role Overview

As an Audit Senior, you will lead audits and assurance engagements, mentor trainees, and develop strong client relationships. You will be a key contributor to the practice’s growth, working alongside a supportive leadership team to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute audits and assurance engagements from planning through to completion under UK GAAP

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery

  • Mentor and coach trainees to develop their technical skills and advisory capabilities

  • Contribute to business development initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership

  • Assist with internal training and development programs

Candidate Requirements

  • ACA or ACCA Qualified or Part-Qualified (study support available if required)

  • Proven experience handling audits for a variety of clients, from SMEs to large enterprises

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to overall team success

  • Access to transport and a full driving licence
