Role Overview
As an Audit Senior, you will lead audits and assurance engagements, mentor trainees, and develop strong client relationships. You will be a key contributor to the practice’s growth, working alongside a supportive leadership team to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute audits and assurance engagements from planning through to completion under UK GAAP
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery
Mentor and coach trainees to develop their technical skills and advisory capabilities
Contribute to business development initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership
Assist with internal training and development programs
Candidate Requirements
ACA or ACCA Qualified or Part-Qualified (study support available if required)
Proven experience handling audits for a variety of clients, from SMEs to large enterprises
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute to overall team success
Access to transport and a full driving licence
