We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bookkeeper to join a supportive and dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of bookkeeping responsibilities while contributing to high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and processing
Purchase ledger management and reconciliations
Sales ledger management and reconciliations
Bank reconciliations
Preparation of VAT returns
Entering journals
Management reporting
Complete bookkeeping to Trial Balance ready for accounts production
Liaising with HMRC
Regular communication with clients, including occasional visits
Resolving client queries
Ad hoc bookkeeping and administrative tasks
Candidate Requirements:
AAT L3/L4 qualified or equivalent by experience
Minimum 2 years practice experience desirable
Strong knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, HubDoc, and other cloud-based software
Experience preparing Management Accounts desirable
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
