A well-known and reputable accountancy practice in Gwent is seeking a Senior or Newly Qualified Accountant to join their team. Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
Prepare year-end accounts for Sole Traders, Limited Companies, and Partnerships
Prepare and submit Corporation Tax computations
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Use Xero and other accounting software effectively
Communicate proactively with clients and provide business advisory support
Work collaboratively as a team player and take on increasing responsibility
Candidate Requirements
Newly Qualified or Senior Accountant (ACA, ACCA, AAT, or equivalent)
Experience managing client portfolios
Proficient in Xero
Strong communication skills
Willing to take ownership and responsibility for work
Team-oriented, motivated, and detail-focused
