Salary: $145,000–$165,000 USD + pro-sal (no negative accrual for the first 12 months)
Schedule: Full-time, 4-day work week, no weekends, no on-call

Key Responsibilities
Provide routine and advanced medical care, including soft tissue surgery and dental procedures
Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and leadership development programs
Uphold the hospital’s standards for compassionate, professional veterinary care
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
Valid veterinary license in Illinois
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate veterinary care
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in general practice medicine and routine soft tissue surgery
Interest in leadership roles, including Medical Director or partnership opportunities
Spanish language skills considered a plus
Collaborative, genuine approach with clients and team members
