Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Salary: £40,000 - £75,000
Hours: Full-time (4-day week) or part-time considered
Weekends: 1 in 5 weekends + 1 Saturday morning in 5
OOHs: No overnight on-call, weekends until 6pm
Holidays: 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays (or lieu day if worked)

About the Role
As part of the busy, well-equipped practice, you’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team. Your day will include a mix of consultations, surgery, and client communication — with time dedicated to ongoing development and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose health issues in small animals
Perform routine and emergency surgeries with confidence
Administer anaesthesia and monitor patients during procedures
Develop tailored treatment plans and prescribe medications appropriately
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold high professional standards
Collaborate with RVNs, fellow vets, and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Stay up to date with developments in veterinary medicine — with CPD fully encouraged and supported
