Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnostics for companion animals and exotic pets
Diagnose and treat medical conditions, injuries, and illnesses
Perform surgical procedures and prescribe appropriate treatments or medications
Utilize diagnostic equipment and laboratory testing to support patient care
Educate pet owners on preventative medicine, treatment plans, and wellness care
Provide compassionate end-of-life counseling and support for pet owners
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with veterinary standards and regulations
Collaborate with the veterinary team to maintain a positive and efficient clinical environment
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited AVMA institution
Active veterinary license (or eligibility) in Ohio
Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD licensure
Strong communication and client relationship skills
A collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality veterinary medicine
Interest in diagnostics, surgery, and working with diverse species

Base Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually (negotiable based on experience)
