This small animal practice operates in a newly renovated, fully equipped facility featuring advanced diagnostic tools, including digital x-rays, digital dental x-rays, laser therapy, and surgical laser technology. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs, cats, and small exotic animals
Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to deliver high-quality patient care

Engage with clients to provide education and guidance for preventative and ongoing care
Participate in mentorship programs and professional development opportunities
Candidate Profile
Licensed Veterinarian eligible to practice in Ohio
Confident, collaborative, and motivated to provide high-quality care
Leadership potential and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
Open to mentoring or being mentored; suitable for new graduates or experienced veterinarians
Interest or experience in surgery, exotic/pocket pets, or advanced veterinary procedures is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience (ranging from $150k to $170k)
Sign-on bonus: $25,000 for the next hired veterinarian
