Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical care and preventative services for companion animals and pocket pets

  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients

  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide clear communication regarding treatment options and preventative care

  • Maintain accurate patient medical records and follow veterinary regulations and protocols

  • Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient and compassionate patient care

  • Support community partnerships with local shelters and humane organizations

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution

  • Active veterinary license or eligibility to practice in Ohio

  • DEA license or eligibility to obtain one

  • Strong communication and client relationship skills

  • A collaborative mindset and dedication to high-quality veterinary medicine
