The Opportunity
An established independent small animal practice operating across two sites is seeking a Senior or Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join its experienced and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RVN looking to take the next step into a leadership role within a close-knit, well-run practice.
The role offers a mix of clinical and leadership responsibilities, with a strong focus on maintaining high nursing standards, supporting team development, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
The Role
This is a full-time senior nursing position combining hands-on clinical work with leadership and organisational responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting and guiding the nursing team, maintaining clinical standards, and working closely with the wider practice team.
The position would suit an experienced RVN with strong communication skills who enjoys mentoring others and being actively involved in practice operations, while still retaining a clinical presence.

You will be joining a well-established independent practice with a loyal client base and a strong reputation for patient care. The practice operates across two sites and offers a supportive, collaborative working environment where nurses are valued and encouraged to contribute to practice development.
