This Audit & Accounts Senior position in Shrewsbury offers an excellent opportunity for a newly or recently qualified accountant to take ownership of a varied workload while developing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver audit assignments for:

• Prepare statutory accounts for corporate clients

• Prepare personal and business tax computations

• Support junior staff on audits and accounts work

• Liaise directly with clients and respond to queries

• Ensure compliance with UK accounting and auditing standards

• Manage deadlines and multiple client assignments

• Contribute to process improvements and best practice

Audit, Accounts and Tax Exposure

This role offers a balanced mix of audit and non-audit work, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy variety and want to maintain strong technical breadth.

Experience and Qualifications Required
