Location: Gosforth Park, Newcastle
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000

Specialist healthcare team working with GPs, dentists, and other medical businesses
Continued organic growth and steady pipeline of new client acquisitions
The Role
Prepare year-end statutory accounts for small and medium-sized limited companies
Produce partnership accounts for GP practices, dentists, and other healthcare clients
Complete bookkeeping and VAT returns, primarily using Xero
Act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of healthcare clients
Work closely with colleagues in a growing specialist team
Manage workload and deadlines while maintaining high-quality service delivery
Candidate Profile
ACA/ACCA qualified or part qualified, or AAT qualified with relevant experience
Proven experience in a similar role within accountancy practice
Experience with healthcare clients advantageous but not essential
Proficient with cloud accounting systems, including Xero
Genuine interest in specialising within the healthcare sector
Organised with strong time management and communication skills
Willing to travel to client sites when required
