About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse in Dewsbury to join a purpose-driven organisation committed to delivering accessible veterinary care. This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week across a 4-day week, offering a strong work-life balance and a highly varied caseload.
This role is ideal for an RVN looking to make a genuine impact, utilising their full clinical skillset in a rewarding and fast-paced environment.
Salary: Up to £33,000 DOE
Location: Dewsbury, West Yorkshire
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 4-day week, 1 in 7 Saturdays, shared Bank Holidays

Responsibilities
Provide high standards of nursing care to inpatients and outpatients
Assist with surgical procedures and anaesthesia monitoring
Support diagnostics and patient investigations
Deliver clear and compassionate client communication and education
Maintain accurate clinical records
Work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider team
Contribute to efficient day-to-day practice operations
Candidate Profile
Qualified and RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse
Previous experience in a busy small animal practice
Strong clinical skills in anaesthesia, inpatient care, and general nursing duties
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, positive, and team-focused approach
Passion for improving access to veterinary care and animal welfare
