A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon in Coventry to join a purpose-driven organisation delivering vital care to pets in need. This is a part-time, permanent position working 22.5 hours per week, offering an excellent balance between clinical challenge and work-life flexibility.

Salary: £44,000 – £58,000 pro rata (including allowances)
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Schedule: 22.5 hours per week (part-time, permanent)

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality veterinary care across a broad medical and surgical caseload
Perform consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
Develop practical and welfare-focused treatment plans
Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients regarding treatment options
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure best clinical outcomes
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning
Candidate Profile
RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon (or eligible to register)
Confident handling a varied caseload in a busy clinical setting
Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
Adaptable, resilient, and committed to animal welfare
Compensation & Benefits
